Street parking is available on Washington Avenue. There is also parking and an entrance to the shop behind the store. Use the parking accessible by Madison Avenue.

Policies

Class cancellations … If we cancel a class that you have pre-paid, you may have a store credit or a refund. If you cancel a pre-paid class it must be done no closer than 7 days before the class date for a refund.

Special Orders: A deposit is required, and in some cases, a shipping charge may apply.
Layaway: Two month limit, unless other arrangements are made. (Sale yarns are not eligible.)
Refunds: We do not give refunds, only store credit.
Wish List: We have a special box just for wish lists. Come by and fill one out.
